1. Eligibility to Reserve
- Only registered members of the library or school are eligible to reserve books.
- Members must present a valid Student Identification Card or any official identification card when making a reservation.
2. Reservation Limit
- Each member may reserve a maximum of three (3) books at a time.
3. Reservation Period
- Reserved books will be held for a maximum period of three (3) days.
- Unclaimed reservations after the 3-day holding period will be automatically canceled and made available to other members.
4. Claiming Reserved Books
- All reserved books must be claimed at the library circulation counter.
- Members are required to present their Student ID or valid identification card when claiming their reserved materials.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Members who wish to cancel their reservations may do so by logging in to their library account or by visiting the library in person.
- Timely cancellation is encouraged to give other members the opportunity to borrow the materials.
6. Overdue Books and Fines
- Books not returned on or before the due date will incur overdue fines in accordance with the library’s fee schedule.
- Failure to settle fines or return overdue materials may result in the suspension of borrowing and reservation privileges.
